Hotel Maintenance jobs London based. Currently looking to fill a hotel maintenance job in London, Blade Recruitment is looking for a hotel maintenance engineer for a 5 star hotel near Bond Street, London W1R.
The hotel maintenance job role is permanent paying up to £45k pa, working M-F 40 hours per week, with excellent benefits & career progression on offer.
Job Duties
The Hotel Maintenance job London will involve carrying out preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance throughout the hotel.
Ensure the good upkeep & maintenance of all areas of the hotel.
Carry out general painting & decorating work. Support the Maintenance Manager with overseeing maintenance contractors.
The candidate for the hotel maintenance jobs will be responsible to ensure legislation compliance of electrical testing and fire assessments are adhered to. Ensure safekeeping of all electrical equipment. Attend to all room repairs & maintenance, log all the records & notify management regarding issues.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for the hotel maintenance job will have basic hotel maintenance experience, preferably in a hospitality environment.
The candidate for the Hotel Maintenance job London will have excellent presentation skills, communicate well & have the ability to work alone.
