Maintenance Engineer job available working in a luxury apartment building based near Pimlico, SW1V, paying up to £45k + benefits. The Maintenance Engineer job is working 12 hr day shifts 4 on 4 off.
Job Duties
The Maintenance Engineer job London will involve:
Maintaining plant and equipment and reactive maintenance issues.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
Deal with out-of-hour emergencies i.e. plumbing, minor electrical and
Plant room checks.
Fault finding and rectifying minor faults.
Carry out checks & record work on mechanical services, boilers and storage tanks.
Update logs of plant operating conditions, monitor and adjust plant control systems to ensure efficient operation.
Ensure good workshop practice with regards to Health and Safety legislation.
Job Requirements
Ideally the candidate for the

will have experience working in a similar

Someone who has worked in a hospitality or hotel environment, with good interpersonal skills and very extremely well presented.
