Our client is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Manager job London, a “hands on” job, to work  at a luxury hotel based near Ealing, London.  The Maintenance Manager job is permanent, paying up to £44k pa + benefits. 

Job Duties

The Maintenance Manager job London will involve responding to maintenance requests & carrying out appropriate maintenance & repairs. 

Following & adhering to company statutory & legal requirements including fire, health & safety, hygiene, electricity at work, & all local by-laws.

Ensuring the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs and maintaining good relationships with internal & external customers & contractors. 

The Maintenance Manager job London is required to ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented.

Follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular, the storage of hazardous substances.

Job Requirements

The candidate for the Maintenance Manager job London will have an excellent understanding of electrical & mechanical building systems & have worked in a similar job role.

Previous experience managing a similar sized maintenance department would be ideal.

The candidate for the Maintenance Manager job role in London will ideally live within a commutable distance from the London hotel and preferably will come from a hotel background in a similar role such as Facilities Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Maintenance Manager or Estates Manager.
