Blade is urgently looking to fill urgent vacancies for a Blue Chip client, the roles are Electrician jobs in Kent, located in the Maidstone Area, paying up to £45k pa, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. 

Job Duties

The job role for Electrician Jobs in Kent, Maidstone will be required to ensure the building systems are maintained at optimum levels at all times.

The candidate for the Electrician Jobs in Kent, Maidstone, will be responsible for preventative planned maintenance, reactive maintenance & breakdown tasks for all M&E systems, building plant and equipment.

Responsible for lighting (small installation, fault-finding, changing lamps & power distribution) & Emergency lighting.

The Electrician Job in Kent will involve 1st line HVAC maintenance including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning), Chiller Resets, Water Treatment, Plumbing, hot and cold water supply, unblocking toilets, BMS Systems & UPS Systems.

Job Requirements

Ideally the candidate for the Electrician Job in Kent will be a trade qualified Electrician or have a relevant Electrical qualification eg. City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, completed a full Apprenticeship, 18th Edition 

The candidate for the Electrician job in Kent, will have a proven track record in building maintenance & have worked in a similar position in maintenance engineering.

Ideally the position would be an immediate start, the candidate would be multi-skilled, with excellent communication skills, be well presented and have a professional manner and be good with customer service.
