A job opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson to join the estates team at a high profile building in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

Salary up to £25k, M-F 40hrs pw.

Job Duties

Handyperson job Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire will involve

Carrying out maintenance and a wide range of reactive property repairs.
Handperson will work with the estates team carrying out general building repairs.
Handyperson jobs will include multi-skilled tasks, minor plumbing and electrics, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, tiling, flooring and window replacements.
The Handyperson job will also involve some outside work, guttering and roof repairs.

Job Requirements

Preferred Handyperson for the job in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire will have good knowledge of property maintenance, experience of working at height and capable of operating power tools.
Handyperson job will suit someone who is physically fit, responsive and capable of heavy work. Knowledge of health and safety and IT literate.
