A job opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson to join the estates team at a high profile building in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

Salary up to £25k, M-F 40hrs pw.

Job Duties

Handyperson job Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire will involve

• Carrying out maintenance and a wide range of reactive property repairs.
• Handperson will work with the estates team carrying out general building repairs.
• Handyperson jobs will include multi-skilled tasks, minor plumbing and electrics, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, tiling, flooring and window replacements.
• The Handyperson job will also involve some outside work, guttering and roof repairs.

Job Requirements

• Preferred Handyperson for the job in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire will have good knowledge of property maintenance, experience of working at height and capable of operating power tools.
• Handyperson job will suit someone who is physically fit, responsive and capable of heavy work. Knowledge of health and safety and IT literate.
