We are currently trying to fill a permanent job for a Handyman at a luxurious hotel based near Enfield Lock, EN3.
The Handyman job is paying up to £38k per annum + benefits, working Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week.
Job Duties
The Handyman job London will involve the following:
Day to day maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
Minor electrical repairs to lamps, extension cords and replace electrical switches and light bulbs.
Plumbing maintenance such as unblocking toilets and drains.
General Handyman works within the hotel.
The candidate for the handyman job London will be responsible for planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
Job Requirements
Ideally the candidate for the handyman job London will have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
Preferably the applicants for the
Handyman job
will have previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment, in a similar handyman job role or working as a
Maintenance Handyman, Shift Handyman, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Assistant.
Be extremely well presented and have good communication skills.
