A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician job role in a luxury estate building based in Kings Cross, London N1. The Maintenance Technician job is permanent, working 40 hrs per week flexible times and the salary offered is up to £37, 500 pa.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Technician job will involve the following;

• Planned maintenance and reactive maintenance to mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Responsible for monitoring and repairing mechanical plant and equipment.
• The Maintenance Technician job will also involve maintenance to plumbing systems and water treatment.

Job Requirements

• Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Technician job will hold Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing trade. Suitable candidates for the Maintenance technician job will be someone who has previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Plumber in a commercial environment. 
• The Maintenance Technician job will require someone with knowledge of water treatment.

The Maintenance Technician job is based near Kings Cross Station, London N1 9AL.

Job Offer

Salary offered for the Maintenance Technician job is up to £45k pa.
