An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician to work at a Grade II listed building based in the Hampstead Heath area, London. 

Salary £45k + annual bonus +excellent benefits.

40hrs pw, shifts 8-4.30 and 12-8.30

 

Job Duties

The Technician job will involve

• The Technician will carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance to mechanical and electrical systems.
  
• The Technician will operate in a spa environment and carry out pool and pond maintenance and upkeep.
  
• Routine inspections, diagnosing maintenance issues and carrying out repairs to machines and equipment, installing appliances and equipment.
  
• The Technician job will also oversee maintenance contractors and assist where necessary.
  
• The Technician will maintain cleanliness in plant room areas and in the workshop.
  
• The job will involve the Technician ensuring all maintenance jobs undertaken are in accordance with relevant approved codes of practice.

 

Job Requirements

The preferred candidate for the Technician job will have experience working in a 5 star hotel environment or similar. 

The Technician will have the ability to work alone and within a team. 

Good written and spoken English skills.

Critical eye for detail.

Applicants for the Technician job will be flexible with working hours and adaptable to change which might include weekends and bank holidays at short notice.

The Technician will have extremely high standards of personal grooming.

The Technician job is based near to Hampstead Heath station, London NW3 2QD.

 

Job Offer

The Technician job is permanent

Salary £45k pa

Time will be given in lieu when overtime is worked.
