Job Duties

The Fabric Maintenance job in Wolverhampton will involve:

• General fabric maintenance to all areas of the building.
  
• The Fabric Maintenance Engineer will carry out carpentry, painting and decorating.
  
• Basic electrical works and minor plumbing maintenance.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Fabric Maintenance job will have multi-skilled fabric maintenance experience.

The Fabric Maintenance Engineer will have previous experience working in a customer facing environment.

The Fabric Maintenance Engineer will have good communication skills and be well presented.

Ideally the candidate will live local to Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
