The Caretaker Jobs in Kent are located near Tonbridge, TN9, working 40hrs pw and paying up to £9.50 p/h. 

Job Duties

The candidates for the Caretaker Jobs in Kent will be responsible for maintenance of the sites and grounds including the preparation of school sports pitches and facilities.

Opening and locking buildings, checking for fire hazards, checking all windows are closed, noting and reporting all damages.

Cleaning the swimming pool and ensuring sufficient stocks of chemicals and consumable spares are maintained for the pool.

The candidates for the Caretaker Jobs in Kent will be required to drive a minibus & be responsible for regular cleaning and servicing of minibuses and people carriers.

Ensuring sufficient stocks of chemicals are maintained for the pool, and also consumables sundries for vehicles

Ensure all caretaking jobs are carried out to appropriate health & Safety procedures and COSHH regulations.



Job Requirements

The Ideal applicants for the Caretaker Jobs in Kent will have experience in a similar Caretaker job role and have experience carrying out basic maintenance & repairs.

A clean driving licence and DBS check required and grounds maintenance experience is desirable. 

The Caretaker Jobs in Kent are required to have a good understanding of security and safety requirements in a school environment. 

Good communication skills and a positive attitude to providing an excellent level of work. PC Literate.
