Job Duties

• Act as first point of contact, potentially dealing with sensitive queries.
• Process & respond promptly to all incoming communications.
• Process financial tasks, administer grants, payments/transactions, maintain diaries, appointment systems, scheduling & arranging meetings.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Administrator Job in Oxford will

• Have experienced in handling high volumes of data & statistics.
• Proven front line service experience.
• Capable of handling challenging situations & clients.
• Be DBS certified.
• Previous experience in busy office building advantageous.
• Requires to have worked in an Engineering department in a support role, excellent references.
