Job Duties

The Maintenance Plumber job will involve

The Maintenance Plumber will carry out planned maintenance of plant and equipment including central heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems.
The Maintenance Plumber job will involve call outs responding to emergencies, diagnose and and repair faults.
The Maintenance Plumber job will involve multi skilled maintenance jobs as required, assisting maintenance team members.
The Maintenance Plumber job will also involve some installation jobs.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Plumber job will have experience working in a similar building services maintenance job.
The Maintenance Plumber will hold plumbing qualifications or a completed apprenticeship in a mechanical or plumbing trade discipline.
Knowledge of health and safety, able to work in a safe manner and ability to work under pressure would be required for the Maintenance Plumber job.
Someone who has worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer Mechanical bias, Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Craftsman or Building Services Maintenance Engineer would be suitable for the Maintenance Plumber job.
