We are trying to fill a fantastic Maintenance Engineering job opportunity at a prestigious building located near Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey KT1.
The job role is with a top UK facilities maintenance company.
Permanent position, working M-F 8-5. Salary offered to £45k pa + benefits, offering excellent opportunity for career progression.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Engineering job role will involve planned, preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance including Electrical, HVAC & plumbing. Oversee all site visiting contractors and attend to any maintenance or issues that may arise including fabric maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Engineering job role will have a minimum trade level 2 in electrical/electronic engineering (ONC, C&G or equivalent).
Proven experience in a job role working in building services in a similar maintenance engineering job role.
Have a good knowledge of site H&S, be Good with problem solving & have a good knowledge of electrical bms controls.
Be multi skilled with a good understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and building fabric.
JOB LOCATION
Location of the Maintenance Engineering job role is near Kingston Upon Thames station in Surrey KT1.
JOB OFFER
The Maintenance Engineering job role is paying up to £45k pa
Working days, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Overtime Available
Training offered and Career Progression
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Uniform & tools provided.
