Temp to perm vacancy, immediate start. 37.5hrs pw, over 5 days. 8.30am-4.30pm.

Pay up to £18.00p/h.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Engineer vacancy will involve

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for PPM, reactive maintenance and repairs.
The Maintenance Engineer will carry out day to day maintenance and decoration to all areas of the hotel.
Maintenance Engineer vacancy to involve multi-skilled maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrics, general repairs and decoration.
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for PPMs monitoring and inspections.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer vacancy will have previous experience working in a similar Maintenance Engineer vacancy.

Preferably the Maintenance Engineer will have experience working in similar Maintenance vacancy in a hotel environment.

The Maintenance Engineer will be competent in carrying out basic maintenance of plumbing, general repairs, carpentry and decorating.

The Maintenance Engineer vacancy is based near to Covent Garden station, London WC2E 9JT.

Job Offer

Working 5 days a week, 37.5hrs.
