The Maintenance Engineer job role is for a luxury apartment building near Victoria, London. 

The job role is temp and may go perm for the right candidate, paying to £35k pa + benefits. 

working 4 on 4 off shifts 8am-8pm.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Engineer job role will involve:

• Preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment. 
• The Maintenance Engineer job role includes general building services & maintenance, 1st line maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration plant, plumbing, electrical and plant room checks.
• Carrying out minor electrical install project work, repairs & general maintenance of building equipment, fire alarms & emergency light testing.

Job Requirements

The candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job role will have experience working in a similar maintenance job role, ideally in a hospitality or hotel environment. 

The maintenance engineer job is looking for someone with good interpersonal skills, well presented, organised with good communication skills.

The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Victoria station, London SW1V 1JU.
