A Maintenance Engineer Job is available to work at a luxury high end building based in Knightsbridge, London SW1X.
Pay rate up to £18.00 p/h. Temporary possible permanent position. Working M-F 8am-4.30pm + overtime.
Job Duties
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer Job will
- Carrying out planned maintenance & reactive maintenance to plant and equipment.
- Basic maintenance on electrical and plumbing equipment.
- Carry out minor repairs to the building fabric, furnishing, decorative finishes and fittings.
- Monitor water temperature and L8.
- Comply with health & safety regulations.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer Job will
- have experience working within a 5* environment.
- Have excellent maintenance knowledge & experience with electrical & mechanical equipment.
- Preferably hold qualifications in a building services trade.
- Excellent presentation skills & have good communication skills
