Maintenance Engineer required for a luxurious hotel based near Gloucester road, London.

Permanent job, salary to £30k + £3k bonus.

Working 40hrs pw, 5 days out of 7.

Job Duties

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the following

The Maintenance Engineer will carry out basic repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and audio visual plant and equipment throughout the hotel.
The Maintenance Engineer will respond to reactive maintenance issues.
The Maintenance Engineer will carry out painting and decorating.
The Maintenance Engineer will follow and adhere to planned preventative maintenance schedules.
The Maintenance Engineer will correctly log all job requests, defects and works carried as per the department operations manual.
The Maintenance Engineer will carry out audit checks within guest bedrooms.
The Maintenance Engineer will deliver an excellent service to guests.

Job Requirements

The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a hospitality or luxury environment.
Preferably hold qualifications in a building services trade discipline.
The Maintenance Engineer will demonstrate an excellent command of the English language.
The Maintenance Engineer will be dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement.
The Maintenance Engineer will be able to work alone and use initiative and have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills and be immaculately groomed and exceptionally well presented.
