Maintenance Electrician

£28k-£33k pa

Our client is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Electrician job for their maintenance team working at a commercial building based near Baker Street, London.

Salary offered between £28k-£33k pa + benefits.

Working Monday to Friday 40 hrs pw.

Permanent job.

JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Electrician job will involve;

PPM and reactive maintenance to electrical plant and equipment.

Multi skilled maintenance and general fabric maintenance.

Carry out risk assessments and upkeep of areas such as plant rooms and workshops.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate for the Maintenance Electrician job will be a fully qualified Electrician or completed electrical apprenticeship.

Previous experience of building maintenance.

Knowledge of mechanical equipment.

Good knowledge of health and safety.

Full UK driving licence required for the Maintenance Electrician job.

JOB OFFER

The Maintenance Electrician job is permanent

Salary between £28k-£33k pa
