Permanent Maintenance Assistant job offering up to £27k, M-F 37.5hrs pw + call outs on a rota basis.

Job Duties

Maintenance Assistant job role in Bracknell, Berkshire will involve

• The Maintenance Assistant job is part of the maintenance team, carrying out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance jobs.
• Maintenance jobs will include minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
• The Maintenance Assistant job will involve working out of hours on a call out rota.

Job Requirements

• The Maintenance Assistant job in Bracknell, Berkshire will suit someone who has multi-skilled maintenance experience and has the ability to work unsupervised.
• Good presentation and communication skills, customer facing experience.
• The Maintenance Assistant job will require someone with a driving licence to cover call outs.
