FM Supervisor job available to work at a high profile institute based near Bournemouth, BH1. Permanent job offering between £28k-£30k pa + excellent benefits package. Working M-F 40hrs pw + overtime as req.

JOB DUTIES

The FM Supervisor job will involve the following
  • Manage & lead day to day facilities functions within & outside of the facility including building maintenance, housekeeping & security & ensure all H&S requirements are followed.
  • Responsible for controlling and monitoring service contacts, ensuring all FM activities are delivered in line with relevant budget requirements.
  • Assist with development of policies & procedures, budget management & recruiting, training & managing staff. 
  • Carry out regular inspections of accommodation facilities & assist with managing room lettings.
  • Any other duties as required and respond to out of hours emergencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Ideal candidate for the FM Supervisor job will have previous experience working in a customer facing or hospitality environment. Have proven leadership skills & knowledge of health & safety legislation.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to agreed budgets. 
  • Have excellent presentation & communication skills. 
  • Preferably hold IOSH/NEBOSH & have strong IT skills.
