Our client is currently looking to fill a Caretaker job for an institution based near Waterloo, London.

The Caretaker job is permanent, offering up to £25k. 35hrs pw shift pattern

Job Duties

• The Caretaker job in London will involve the following
• Act as a Caretaker for the site including residential and office accommodation, public access spaces and car park.
• The Caretaker will provide basic maintenance services, painting and decorating, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing works.
• The Caretaker will deal with emergencies, opening/closing and CCTV monitoring.

Job Requirements

• Ideal candidates for the Caretaker job in London, near to Waterloo London and will have proven maintenance experience, working in a similar Caretaker job experience of carrying out minor building works and working at height. 
• Preferred candidates for the Caretaker job will have worked in historic or listed buildings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team is essential for the Caretaker job.
• The Caretaker will have some knowledge of health and safety.

The Caretaker job is based near to Waterloo station, London SE1 7ND.
