JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Electrician job will involve planned & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment, responsible for building services & maintenance of the building.
The Maintenance Electrician job role is required to diagnose faults & assist with any necessary repair work & carry out day to day tasks to ensure the properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Some minor works requiring different trades will be part of the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Electrician and be part of the job, such as plumbing & any general maintenance activities as they come up.
The job entails ensuring all the workshop & plant areas are maintained in immaculate condition, keeping things tidy as you work is essential.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideally the candidate would be a qualified Electrician & have worked as a Maintenance Electrician in a hotel.
The Maintenance Electrician will be flexible in regards to working hours, & able to work 8 hour shifts as per the department's rota, be immaculate in presentation & have exceptional customer service skills.
The candidate for the Maintenance Electrician job will ideally live within a commutable distance of the site in Oval, London.
