JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Manager job will involve managing the day to day maintenance operations & ensuring the smooth running of the building & all planned preventative maintenance.

The Maintenance Manager will ensure all work carried out within the hotel is in accordance with H&S regulations & maintenance, safety policies & procedures are adhered to.

The Maintenance Manager job role will involve management of maintenance contractors & tenders including quotes for reactive works & ensuring all building maintenance related areas are well looked after.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, the candidate for the Maintenance Manager job role will have experience working in a customer-facing environment, & have worked as a Maintenance Supervisor, Building Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, Property Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager.

Ideally with experience in a hotel or hospitality environment & the candidate for the Maintenance Manager position will have a strong knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, facilities and H&S standards.
