Are you a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who is looking for a new job?

Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a lovely mobile Air Conditioning job role, working for a large property maintenance company, the position involves maintenance on various banking sites around the City of London.

Hours M-F 8-5, Salary is up to £41k pa plus van plus mobile phone + 33 days holiday incl. bank, with overtime, pension & healthcare.

Job Duties

The mobile Air Conditioning job will include planned preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment. Fault Finding, service & breakdown to all HVAC equipment.

Responsible for all maintenance of banking sites in the city, working on splits, fan coils, air handling units, VRVs, chillers & any other maintenance on the plant as needed. Duties include hot & cold water supply, water treatment & cooling towers.

Job Requirements

Ideally, the candidate for the mobile Air Conditioning job will have qualified in Air conditioning /refrigeration/ HVAC & have trade papers. Be living within a 30-minute drive from central London - City

A full clean driving license, hold a F Gas certificate & worked for a specialist HVAC company in a mobile role doing service & maintenance.

Job Location

The Air Conditioning job is mobile around the City of London, a company van will be provided.
